Products

Greeting Cards are printed on 300 gsm satin cardstock. Images are digitally scanned copies of original watercolour paintings, scanned at 300dpi or higher. Screen images may vary slightly in colour from the print.

Prints of original watercolour paintings are digitally scanned and colour corrected by a professional fine art printing company to match the original piece as closely as possible. They are printed on Ilford Galerie Cotton Artist Textured 310 gsm 100% Cotton Rag Paper. This paper closely emulates the texture of watercolour paper used in the originals. Screen images may vary slightly in colour from the print.

Framing Unless specified, prints and originals ship unframed to save costs. Natalie opts for standard paper sizes to allow for easy framing at any budget. Our prints are in International Standard paper sizes, and within Australia, Spotlight‘s Frame Depot range is an affordable choice. Certain art framers may also provide more affordable choices for framing in standard sizes, featuring high-quality frames.

If the design you desire is marked as 'sold out'

If a specific design in prints or cards displays 'sold out', reach out to us to generate a back-order by either sending a message on the message button below, or email natalie@saltyolivestudio.com.au. You will receive an invoice and payment details via email, and your desired design will be sent for printing. Due to prints being made to order, please anticipate an approximate 2-week wait for item availability. If urgent, include this in your message for prioritisation.

Shipping

Natalie uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia, the US, UK and Asia.

Smaller orders (5 or fewer greeting cards) will be posted in a rigid mailer which is untracked.

Other deliveries within Australia will come in a tracked, flat rate satchel or box. Perth Metro (2 to 5 business days), Regional Western Australia (3 to 7 business days), All other Australian states (5 to 10 business days). Standard and express options are available.

Purchase of prints will automatically offer the satchel option at checkout. If purchasing a print and some cards, your shipping total may be manually adjusted before payment is captured, to avoid charging you for two separate shipping costs.

International shipping will be at a standard rate according to weight, and will vary depending on the destination. Delivery times may also vary, but you can expect to wait from 7 to 15+ business days.

Returns

Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

If, however, your item arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge or issue a refund. Please email natalie@saltyolivestudio.com.au with a photo of the damaged goods and the receipt or proof of purchase. We will replace the item as soon as we can upon inventory availability. 

Alternatively, If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
